## Refund & Exchange Policy

At DK4Beauty, we take pride in preparing and packaging your order with care. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

### Returns

We do not accept returns on any items once they have been shipped.

For hygiene and safety reasons, beauty and cosmetic products cannot be returned or refunded after shipment.

### Refunds

Refunds will not be issued for:

* Buyer’s remorse
* Incorrect address entered at checkout
* Failure to read product descriptions
* Delivered packages

### Exchanges

We allow order changes or exchanges **only if the order has not yet been processed or shipped.**

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

* Clear photos of the item
* Photos of the packaging
